Really interesting music band, that have invented their own "lyrical" language.

This fourteen minute music-piece is really great! It has a nice balance of electronic and non-electronic instruments. It was composed in 1974. Oh what happened to the music of today, that we are reduced to such artists like Rihanna and Justin Bieber.

Oh man this is my favorite. Anywhere else and I would assume this was 'wrong generation' sarcasm or terribly written bait.
I mean, new music is released every single day, in absolutely every genre imaginable.
Is it worth disregarding good new music simply because it was produced in the same decade as some bad music?
Nobody is forcing you to be so closed-minded that you can only acknowledge the most 'popular' music styles. But hey, I guess if you're only into older music that's fine too.

Currently listening to Panda Bear's new EP

I can admit that some new music is really good, like Blue Pilots Project off the popular styles, but I find that in my opinion there is a much greater selection of good songs in the old days than in the new. They all sound the same to me, but that could just be me.

The trick is knowing where to look. I lean towards smaller artists and things like soundtracks, but finding a good radio station for a set of genres you enjoy can be a good source of music as well.

Here's a song I looked up after overhearing Davedude singing it:
Tristam - Till It's Over
