Sticky threads vs. normal threads

I wonder,
What's the difference between normal threads and stickied threads?

Re: A question

Stickied threads stay above all the other threads no matter how long ago they were posted in.

Re: A question

Generally stickied threads are more important, or are just stuck up there so new people see them first.
Be careful though, they're worse than gum when they get in your hair.

Well, A stickied thread is a very sticky thread. A normal thread is just your every-day sewing product.

Theye are very useful when making clothes for umm... spiderman? i dunno. Stickied threads stay at the top of any thread they are in. Rules, the intro thread, official mafia games, dumb dares and important announcements are normally stuck. ONly mods or admins can sticky threads.
