Well I have been here for a while, currently completely stopped world development, because it takes like forever for any world to be tested, but if you're interested in testing my current finished worlds, you can.

In the fora I am having an on going debate about Libertarianism, and a deeper meaning into games.

I'm still here. I mainly just argue with reactor about libertarianism, and host the Build The Galaxy 4.0 RPG game.

I don't really fit in on general forums, because my interests are specialized. (aggregate reviewer, history of film with a focus on the first 15 years, developing my film pilots and related memoribilla, specific classic literature)

I'm trying to get more involved as summer apporaches, especially since I plan to buy LoonyLand and LoonyLand 2 after my computer problems are over. Over half my time here is still spent cruising through the old journal pages and their comments.

I still come here regularly, even though I rarely post anything anymore...

Yup, I'm still here. I find playing Dumbwords daily helps remind me to check the slow paced forums.

I don't see nearly as much people as before, but this forum is still technically alive.

Yup but all 8 of us are the main posters :P

Re: Its true, dont ya know?

Growtopia is pretty much left out of the games section here at hamumu Software mainly because it's not too family friendly, but I still think, and I still stress, that it's wrong having a game where people can get away with stealing and cutting at each others throats.

People probably refer more often to Seth because it's on Seth's official website. I would really not recommend going there, I was simply talking like any rational human being, and saying, why not give socialism a chance, and people came from all directions and basically bashed me, telling me to go to heck and other things. There was also another time when I was stating that men have no reason to hate women, and that they are simply taking away any responsibility from themselves and blaming the opposite gender, again I was talking rationally, I didn't swear or jump into rage, and look what happened, people came in saying they don't give a crap, and recklessly trolling whenever they wanted to.

Anyway, I think people generally give more credit to Seth, because they think he is the one who worked on the game the most, since it's on his website and not on Hamumu Software.

Just wandering reactor I love you as a person but could you survive just 48 hours without going on a rant and terrible going off topic None of us here are bashing you if one of us are they probably dont mean to but you should talk to them I dont bash people because what they believe or how they look. I dont "bash" people period. why do you see everyone as hostile and guilty if proved otherwise or even any one who does not align with your beliefs for the culture you instantly judge.

Also sorry for the bad grammer and spelling my signature says it all ;)

Okay, I will take your post into account and stop my negativity for a while. But still, it can be quite hard to ignore people who are basically telling you to shut up right in your face.

Just saying CAN and is Uselly a bad thing... Like telling someone there ugly and then say "JUST SAYING" doesn't make it better and saying "no offense butt..." doesn't make things better either

One bad apple spoils the whole bunch.

That is a full explanation to why online games become so malicious. You see the whole badness problem spreads like a disease. One kid swears, pretty soon you have dozens swearing. That my friend is why online games are chaos. If this isn't an online game (I haven't played it), then disregard everything I just said.

I'm pretty sure Growtopia has rules against profanity, so if people are being profane you should alert a moderator or something.

Also online games are not suited to structured debates about the nature of society.

Swearing was an example. I do not play Growtopia as I said before and therefore I wouldn't make that assumption. In games like Little Big Planet, profanity is supposedly forbidden, yet people constantly use profanity on that stupid game.

Yea sadly the help desk is not as helpfull as it the name implies. but the mods are A O K

Also once 20,000 kids start swearing theres nothing they can do. do they just ban the whole community but there are those 300-500 people that are good and dont do anything wrong

REACTOR 08-16-2014 07:15 PM

Re: Its true, dont ya know?

What do you mean by swearing? Do you mean using swearing to abuse people? I've realised that swearing isn't always bad, it depends on when they use it and how...

The mods aren't really that crash hot either. I think some of them are in high school, an important stage in anyone's lives, they must study and try to graduate to university, and some of them are parents who may or may not have children, and may also have to go to work.

Do you see where I am getting at?
