I think it was shortly after LL2 had come out. I know it was late-2007/early 2008, because I had just started college and had good access to the internet there. I was pretty excited for HPG's possibility as a "family-friendly" take on GTA, so I eagerly awaited whatever Journal entries came out about that (especially spring and summer 2008, iirc).
