Default Custom HTML/CSS for certain URLs/Domains?

I'm trying to figure out how to modify the HTML (and CSS, if possible) for different websites; but have it be permanent. As in, whenever I reload that page or exit out of chrome, come back in, and go to that page, my edits are still there. In other words, I want to modify the way certain webpages look. Change image sources and such.

For simplicity, take the General Blabber page for example. How would I change this button's image source:

from http://hamumu.com/forum/images/buttons/newthread.gif to http://i.imgur.com/zzEHNyr.png? And make it so whenever I come back online to the forums, and head to the general blabber page, I see this:

rather than this:

For clarification, I'm on Google Chrome (Version 42.0.2311.90 dev-m), on Windows 8.1.

The name of the thing you are looking for is a "Userscript". You can find examples of these all over by looking that up, and here's one that I wrote to add BHE styling a while back. If you need to, manually save this file and open it in a text editor.

Chrome and Firefox both support these in varying capacities; you may or may not need to install an extension.

Okay, thanks. I'll check it out.
