Prosthetic limbs are as far as we've got.

Well, there's also Exoskeletons, but they're separate from the body.

What about moving mouses and playing space invaders? That kind of connecting with computers would also be appreciated.

By hooking up sensors to your brain, so you can think that you're flying to the left and it occurs? That's been done right? (What about use through brain waves?)

If cyborgs like the ones in the movies were real, that would be cool.
I read a book years ago about something cyborg-ish. Something about computers and doors. I still have the book, but im too lazy to read it.

Here, Lego-ish cyborg...

Wait, the Terminators wouldn't be considered cyborgs, would they, since they weren't technically human to begin with?

My friend Fritz did a report on cyborgs. I could ask him. All I remember about his is that you could get nails in your brain to become a cyborg, or something like that.

In the 50s some researchers put electrodes in a bull's brain and did a bunch of other horrible stuff that isn't Hamumu appropriate. They ended up successfully making a remote-control bull.
EDIT: Proof I'm not lying. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remote-controlled_animal I know it doesn't mention the remote-control bull, but meh.

I don't know. It doesn't seem that bad compared to the kick the cat badge in Loonyland.

The problem is that the kick the cat badge is fictional!

On the topic of remote controlled animals...recently a group of scientists grew some rat neurons in a dish and put them on a robot, named Gordon, which the neurons control via Bluetooth. http://www.technovelgy.com/ct/Scienc...p?NewsNum=1828

Presumably it is called Gordon because of its intelligence.

Fictional my rear.

Anyways, I also heard where they took the brain of an eel and put it in a robot (they called it an artificial animal)! So much better than that time that they were trying to make a robot newt that imitated a real one.

Also, here's that link to the remote controlled bull for you http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/hoax/Top/ecomments/4748/

Oh. It was in a book I had. Oh well. Well, at least I was right about remote-control animals in general existing.
