From what I've heard, buying/borrowing that particular book gets you tagged as a potential threat (I know it's a little odd, but eh, it might not be true)...

I really need to read some books... but I also want to write one ^.^;;

The only "Books" I've been buying and "reading" are Japanese Mangas. Mainly along the lines of Bleach.

Consider reading 'Trucks' from "Night Shift" after that, then watch "Maximum Overdrive" [1986]. The concept of vehicles/machines taking over the earth has huge potential for a horror film, but King was directing that movie and made it into more of a black comedy. Go figure.

Bleach = Bleah, in my opinion.

And now, for school summer reading, I'm being forced to read "The Devil's Arithmetic" by Jane Yolen. It's also very depressing, as it is about the Holocaust and death and gas chambers. So, to help me forget about that, I'm reading a book on how to Scuba Dive, which is kind of neat. I'm also reading the Complete Sherlock Holmes, which is one of the best (collections of) book(s) I've ever read, and I highly recommend them if you can understand the vocabulary, which can get a bit confusing, but after all, this was the 1880's and 90's.
