Everbody's against me! Anybody who is sensitive enough to be offended by 'crap', I shall despise.

Sometimes I use it sometimes I don't. It also depends on what situation I am in, eg I would never say it around children or where I think people may be offended by it. Have a look at this website for information on Thomas Crapper where the term crap (& what it means) has possibly come from:

I think most people here say worse off the computer. I know I do .
But, then again, I have to...I fix computers all day . And you know when you are fixing a computer, ANYTHING can happen. Sometimes just as I just get the stupid side panel back on the computer (And I don't mean the Dell cases, those are always easy), and I power it up to see I forgot to re-attach the power or data cable...Well, after that one, I
cannot help but use the word "darn!" oooo....naughty.

Nah, I kid ya. I just laugh at myself. But it is funny though that it is almost always the hard to put back together are the ones I forgot to do something when I was inside. Murphy's Law anyone? (or in England, Sod's Law). Sheesh... :?

I seem to have an anti-computer device embedded in my brain. It just randomly locks up, reboots and occasionally IE would quit when I was submitting a long post on a forum. I'm a safety hazard!

...No, seriously...

Do I need to make a house call???

Hey! Here's one for you (You have to understand electronics for this one)

Q: What is a ohm?
A: An ohm is one unit of resistance.

Q: What do you call a 1000 ohms?
A: A British housing development.

I seriously just had a cinnamon crumpet the other day. It was possibly the most awesome toastable food ever. Like a cross between a pancake, an english muffin, and a piece of toast. I highly recommend picking some up if you can find them (of course, if you're in Britain this will be a lot easier).

Well...I could get one if Atkins hires me

I'll have to look around New England (Yes, this is where I do live) for one otherwise.

I don't even like crumpets, so you'd have to be really lucky to get one!

And about the ohm thing... don't laugh. It's really like that!

i dont think its swearing!!!

and "crap" is just as crude and uncivilized as "poo" or te infamous S word (GAsPs!) If not more civilized(in my view, of course)

Im not saying its civilized, im just saying that i find it a bit less crude to say...

and in my school, most of the teachers LET kids swear(not that i do it of course...*nervouse laugh*) yep. all 7 of em flyin in a room at once before the bell rings...its really...err...unpleasant
