Heh. My whole school owns about 10 computers, and they're all in a seperate 'computer room' (as opposed to actually being in a class room) :D In other words, we rarely ever get to use one :P In fact, the school's currently getting new comps (the old ones were 100 MHz processors with Windows 95 installed :D), so we can't use them at all atm. I've heard that the new computers will contantly be monitored, though, so that reduces the chance of me ever posting from school to about 0.0001% :D

EDIT: I did check the forums at school once, but didn't post (for a good reason, as just loading the main forum page already took about 5 minutes due to the incredibly fast connection :D) :P

My school has 18 computers readily available at break and lunch, although you have to book them at lunch.

I've posted before. However, it got blocked because the site contains the word 'game'. Seriously. When we had to look-up info about jobs we'd like to do, as I want to be a games programmer, I couldn't actually look at any of the pages.

I looked at the forum hurriedly once, but I didn't post. We're only allowed to go on sites we're told to. I wonder what happened. It didn't always used to be this way... Something about Youtube I think...

Back again. Right now, where I live, it's about 1:00 P.M. We just got back from recess that ended at 12:30. Posting at school is fun!

I never post at school, as my Computer teacher gets onto us if we are on websites at all, unless she has specifically said that we can go to it. I don't want to loose my high standing at school. Not to mention my modesty.

We'd never be able to get away with it! Posting, that is. Kids seem to be able to get away with downloading MP3 songs all the time. Unless I feel particularly tell-able today. The only time possible, now that I think of it, and it isn't even taking a risk, is this: One of my friends has diabeties, and if he has a HYPO or a HYPER (can't remember what they presicely are, but it's got to do with blood-sugars), he gets two friends to stay with him at lunch. There's no teacher supervising, and even if there was, we're actually allowed on the Net of Inter, to do anything. I'll see if I can get on today.

We have a bazillion computers in the school library, but they're only for educational purposes, so we'd never be allowed to come to this page.

We're allowed just about anywhere, except the interesting sites like YouTube and Myspace and Bebo....

...and of course, they made the generous decision of keeping one interesting site (namely Hamumu) unblocked.

Roland, a hypo is a kind of fit, caused by having too much or too little sugar in the blood.

And also a term for a hypodermic needle.

I used to do it before the school cracked down because of a huge fight in our yard after school. rules are now very strict and cellphones MP3 Players and the like are taken away and not given back if found

Also the school monitors us constantly as Youtube has been a popular among my class though it is not allowed to be viewed at school

I think we're monitored, because they've become very good at blocking access to Command Prompt - For a few months we sent lots of messages with it. We kept finding it again, though. Not at the moment, but I'm working on getting .bat files working with it. Some of my friends are 1337 haxors.

There's this site that instantly unblocks any site you want, so my friends just go there. And if it doesn't work, they just go onto Google Videos, which is, IMO, really inappropriate.

Did they block safe mode with command prompt too?
