Default Unwanted Review: Cloverfield!

Alright... So I went to see Cloverfield just now. I got home from school, told my dad I needed a ride to the movies in 40 minutes, then sat down and checked me messages. At about 00:20:00 minutes till we left, I read Jam-jams recent journal entry.

I went to go see it anyways, since I was looking forward to it for about a month.

Did I like it? Did it make me throw up? Does anyone care?

Yes, no, and no.

I thought it was awesome! I loved it! The "Camera holder" for most of the movie had the best name ever, which is "Hud". Clever.

Also, I never got even slightly dizzy, like I expected to. I guess I'm not prone to motion sickness.

The unwanted bottom line: If you can play LIGHT by PEP without becoming dizzy, then go see this movie!

I CARE, but only slightly. I don't know who to believe: You, or the creator of incredibly Dumb games, Jamity Johnson! I might just have to trust my instinkts on this one...

I saw a trailer for Cloverfield when I went to see I Am Legend the other week.
It look very cool, so I'm going to go and see it some time soon.

Of course, it isn't actually out here yet. 1st February it's released, I think.

How was I am Legend? I had been thinking about seeing it. Anyway, I might see Cloverfield soon. ...Or I might wait a week or so. ...Or I might wait until it comes out on DVD. ...Or I might procrastinate until I can't buy it anymore. ...Or I might see it soon.

I Am Legend was very good, actually. One of my favourite films, I think.
It's not exactly action-packed, but the story is good and it gets quite psychological in parts.
Actually, in all, I believe that there are a lot of very good films coming out this year...

That's good. I don't really like action movies that much, but I like movies with good stories. I think I'll go see it. Thanks!

I'm sorry, but I just had to say that I'm a BIG fan of large amounts of action in movies. (Not that I disagree with your taste in movies; I just wanted to express my own .) Long live the "Die Hard" flicks!

That okay. Everyone has their likes and dislikes. My friends love the Die Hard series. We can never agree on which movies to see, because my friends like action, but I like story.

On topic, there seems to be a lot of apocalyptic movies. I'm sure around 2011 we'll all be drowning in them.

Well, we all know how optimistic humans like to be!

This year is a very good one for film. And by that, I mean VERY good. There's a film called 'Jumper' coming out in a month or two, which looks good (even though I don't exactly know what it's about). Also, we have stuff like a new James Bond film and Indiana Jones and so on...
Yeah, I've done a bit of research on films of the year.

Phooey!

Why didn't he have Ultra Violet lights in his lab?
Honestly, that was just stupid!

Why didn't he hook his lights up to a wall by his house so they couldn't knock them over?
I guess I can see how he wouldn't have thought about that.

This one I think i might have missed something on:
Why(And what) was he pouring around near that one building, it just looked like water, but I don't know...

Jumper is based on a book. I didn't get a chance to read the original, but I did read Griffiths Story. I liked it, so I'm looking forward to the movie.

Ultra Violet...didn't have much use for that movie...Mila was better in the

Resident Evil movies (although the 3rd one was pointless).

I think you missed something....
Ultra Violet kills them! (or atleast burns them up, until they're DEAD!, or atleast make them run away...)

Unless if your talking about something different?

Oh and I saw CloverField
It was pretty good!
I didn't like How they made it kill *****(don't want to ruin the movie!)
It wasn't the fact that it did kill him, it was how it did it...

Does it just feel the need to kill, if not then why didn't it eat him!?!?

I liked the movie, I felt no sickness. It was a pretty great movie!

If that's so, they would be dead as soon as they came under open sunlight.

Ahem... Which is true.
If he had UV lights in his lab and he turned them on, they would all either burn up or try to run away!
