Yerfdog Build Horsey Events

Once a day, I'll look in this thread, and see the most recent post, and set the Pony Battle settings to whatever you guys want (whatever the most recent poster who specifies settings wants, that is). I'm not going to hack into the code and make changes to how things actually work, but here are the list of simple constants you can change. Let me know new values for these (you figure out what they mean yourself!).

(Not trying a shot rate of 0, it might work, but it might crash any number of things, and it would definitely not do whichever thing you want it to! 100 babies might crash things anyway. Let's find out!)
