I am learning structs, and so far, things are going well, but... What I want to do is return a character type variable to a struct variable in a different module, can someone explain to me how to do that.

I have something like this: carer.ID = ( Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah );

In the custom function I have something like this:

char f ( char Blah... )
{
char code[5];

code[0] = blah1[0]
code[1] = blah2[0]
...
...
...
return (*code);
};
