That's going to be expensive...
I want it!
But does it work with older games?
How does it know what it's currently controlling?

I imagine you'd set it up so that it changes the look while a certain program is running and has focus. So if you made a keyset for Supreme, you'd set it to appear while "lunatic.exe" is active. I assume it would come with program presets for many popular games and applications.

As for the expensiveness, the "Answers" section says that it will cost less than a good mobile phone, which at the moment is something like $100. Obviously it can't cost that much, otherwise nobody would choose it over a regular keyboard. My guess is in the $50 to $80 range.

My dad told me that a GOOD mobile phone would be around $200...

Apparently, like I thought, these things are going to be DANG expensive... (I'm going to wait for it to be WAY cheaper, and a whole lot better)
And it also depends on what you call 'good'

It's going to use a LOT of power though.

It WONT take a lot of power. Its just a keyboard. Well, it will take more power than a normal keyboard but it will take less power than your computer screen.

I reckon the price will be $100 or less

also, u can choose what each key does and even draw the buttons/icons on programs such as MS Paint or Paint Shop Pro

I'm definately buying one of those. Some people say it's pointless. But then again, its like saying decoration in ur house is pointless or art is pointless. Its just something fun to have

I would call a $200 mobile phone "excellent" rather than "good". It depends on your point of view.

Probably not so much that you'd have to worry about it. It will have to be optimized to the point that it uses less power than your average monitor, otherwise you'd need to have a separate plug for it and nobody would buy it because that's inconvenient. USB could give it enough juice, considering that OLED displays use less power than conventional LCD. Also, the designer stated in an interview that the problem of heat generation has already been resolved and no cooling devices will be necessary.
