The Amazin' SPISPOD Level, The Pumkin Pop Level, and The Dr. Lunatic level. I Don't remember the original SPISPOD very well so I don't think my level ideas are going to be good levels for you.

Playing the orignal SPISPOPD could help! I don't know where you can get the orignal, but it would help a ton!

Sokko posted a download link in this thread:
http://hamumu.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=4609

Anyway, you could use color replacing for creating Ice Pumpkins, replace those water pumpkins with Aquazoid (Pumpkins with Aquazoid AI would still not work in water), replace the Sea Serpent with the Ultrazoid, use 3 Svens for the Yeti bosses, put Boneheads instead of Grim Sowers and change Matilda's head to Great Pumpkin and remove the other bodyparts to create a moving Massive Pumpkin (although he might get stuck in the Pumpkins he vomits up now and then). That's all I can think of at the moment...

If you're making a world based on SPISPOPD, you really need to have access to the old game to make it authentic. Doing things from memory or without having played the game at all is just a recipe for disaster.

Hammered used a Great Pumpkin on Matilda's Body for Spider Pumpkin, but as you can't really see the body and Great Pumpkin acts very differently, I actually think (like I posted above) that that is suited much more for Massive Pumpkin (who was moving in the original), but I wouldn't know how else to recreate Spider Pumpkin. The Loonybot 5000 bears a tiny bit of resemblance to him, though :-P

I think you're thinking of Amazin' SPISPOPD, which is an entirely different (and much newer) game than the original SPISPOPD. The one we're talking about here only runs on DOS, is very old, was probably the first game Jamul ever released, and was the first-ever appearance of Bouapha the Gourdslayer in a pumpkin-smashing adventure.

To recreate GXR-0932b, you could use a blue Great Pumpkin with either The Boiler's or The Thing's AI and manually create a "containment tank" consisting of impassable tiles below him. When half of the Pumpkin's health is gone, you could change the containment tank tiles to normal floor tiles and give Great Pumpkin the Loony Zoomer's AI (although I don't exactly remember how he acts after you smash the tank; a different monster's AI may be more suited for him).

When you smash the tank, he remains stationary and spits purple acid blobs at you. Never moves.
