Front crawl, breast stoke kick, back stoke kick, and diving. I'm in level three. Still. Some of the stuff I already knew.

Ever dove in 13 feet deep water? It's fun, the 13 foot pool I dove in was like... Ten feet by ten feet, a little square thing. ^^

just remember on your breastroke that its your legs that power you along (unlike all the other strokes) so really turn your feet out and kick back with your heels hard! and then make sure you glide - very important!!

I always thought that front crawl and breaststoke kick were the hardest. And I've never been in 13 feet water before. Ours is 12 feet.

ooh, thought you were Hammerred for a moment then Adrian!

Frontcrawl is hard because of breathing - its quite complicated when you are learning, but once you have mastered it you will be a lot better & able to swim further easier. Breastroke is the most complicated stroke there is, just remember to breath when you start your pull & put you face back in the water when your arms stretch forward, then glide & breathe out under water. If you can do all that then you'll be ok

The pool I teach in is only 5 feet in the deep end (1.5metre) and 1m in the shallow end, so no diving!
