| There are a few different possible sources of this problem. I think the most likely one is the worst possibility. Your save file may be corrupted. To find out, explore your drive to where Supreme is installed (C:\Program Files\Supreme by default), and delete the file profile.cfg. That isn't deleting your profile, it's just keeping the game from knowing which one was last used. Now run the game (if it works, it will ask you to create a new profile, go ahead and do that). If it works now, your old profile is corrupted. In that case, all you can do is go into the Profiles menu and delete the old profile and start fresh.|
Profiles can get corrupted by a system crash while playing, by viruses, and by a power failure or shutdown while the game is being played. Maybe you remember one of those things happening recently (and you should do a virus scan just in case)! If you ever want to make backups of your profiles, you can just copy the Profiles folder that's in the Supreme folder. That can save you if you have a corrupting event in the future.
If that doesn't fix it, then you don't have a corrupted profile. That's good! But your game's not working. That's bad. You may need to reinstall Microsoft DirectX, or possibly upgrade your video drivers. When all else fails, contact us!
